Top Imobiliário recognizes Even as the largest real estate developer
São Paulo, May 29, 2014 – Even Construtora e Incorporadora S.A. – EVEN (Bovespa: EVEN3), which operates in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Sul and Minas Gerais focusing on residential projects starting at R$250,000, announces that it won awards in the 21st edition of the Top Imobiliário award promoted by O Estado de São Paulo newspaper, in partnership with Embraesp (Brazilian Company of Property Studies), responsible for the ranking. At the event held on the evening of May 28, the Company came first in the Real Estate Developer category and second in the Builder category. Even Vendas ranked seventh in the Seller category. The award highlights the performance of the companies that operate in the most important real estate market in Brazil. In 2013, Even’s launch PSV came to R$2.42 billion, while sales totaled R$2.12 billion.
