  1. 2002

    Merger between ABC Investimentos and Terepins & Kalili marks the foundation of Even.

  2. 2006

    Our shareholders approve the transformation of Even into a joint-stock company; acquisition of Spinnaker Capital through the capital contribution; entry into the market in Rio de Janeiro (RJ).

  3. 2007

    IPO in Brazil at Novo Mercado da B3; entry into the Belo Horizonte (MG) market.

  4. 2008

    Capital increase of R$150 million; creation of Even Vendas and the Open brand; establishment of a joint venture with Melnick Construções.

  5. 2009

    Entry into the B3 Corporate Sustainability Index (ISE), an unprecedented achievement in the sector; disclosure of the first Sustainability Report, for the year 2008.

  6. 2010

    Second consecutive year on the ISE – the only player in the sector. Development of the Inventory of Greenhouse Gas Emissions; follow-on offering on B3; acknowledgement of the 2008 Sustainability Report as one of the 10-best in Brazil by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), an international organization responsible for helping companies and governments to
    reduce the impact of sustainability issues on business.

  7. 2011

    Third consecutive year on the ISE - the only player in the sector.

  8. 2012

    10,000 units delivered. Disclosure of the 2011 Carbon Emissions Inventory, verified by KPMG. Obtaining the Entrepreneur AQUA certification - High Environmental Quality, in the Program stage. Fourth consecutive year on the ISE - the only one in the sector. Maximum level of application of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) guidelines.

  9. 2013

    100 projects delivered. Creation of Even's new institutional brand. Fifth consecutive year on the ISE (retaining position as the only company in the sector in the index). Featured in the Exame Sustainability Guide. Sustainability Report reaches maximum level of application of GRI guidelines.

  10. 2014

    The BC Bela Cintra project was awarded the Gold level of the Casa Azul Seal, granted by Caixa Econômica Federal, being the 1st project in the metropolitan region of São Paulo, outside the Minha Casa Minha Vida program, to receive certification in this category. Sixth consecutive year on the ISE (retaining position as the only company in the sector in the index). Featured in the Exame Sustainability Guide.

  11. 2015

    Melpar shareholding acquisition. Creation of Even More, the Company's second sales company. Seventh consecutive year on the ISE (retaining position as the sector's only company in the index). Entry into the most updated version of the Global Reporting Initiative report, GRI 4. Featured in the Exame Sustainability Guide.

  12. 2016

    30,000 units delivered. Start of operations in urbanization in Rio Grande do Sul. Eighth consecutive year on the ISE (retaining position as the only company in the sector in the index). GRI 4. Champion in 3 categories of the Seconci Occupational Health and Safety Award: Environmental Management of the Work Area; Model Worker and Health Control at the Construction Site. Beginning of the 2016-2020 cycle of the new Strategic Planning.

  13. 2017

    200 projects delivered. Start of partnership with Kinea. GRI 4.

  14. 2018

    40,000 units delivered. Seconci Occupational Health and Safety Award in the Environmental Management of the Work Area category.

  15. 2019

    Master Imobiliário award for the Fasano Itaim project. Protection Award in the OSH Outsourced Management category. Seconci Occupational Health and Safety Award in the Environmental Management of the Work Area category.

  16. 2020

    Corporate change at Melnick Even. Melnick IPO. Protection Award in the Community-oriented OSH Actions category. Update of the brand and visual identity. Sale of the Hotel Fasano Itaim.

  17. 2021

    Creation of the Real Estate Business Unit, focused on acquiring land in a more strategic and competitive way.
