Top Imobiliário recognizes Even as the biggest real estate developer and builder

São Paulo, June 17, 2013 – Even Construtora e Incorporadora S.A. – EVEN (BM&FBOVESPA: EVEN3), with operations in the states of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Sul and Minas Gerais and a focus on residential developments with units priced above R$250,000, was the main highlight at the 20th edition of the Top Imobiliário awards, promoted by the newspaper O Estado de São Paulo in association with Empresa Brasileira de Estudos de Patrimônio (Embraesp), the body responsible for drawing up the ranking. The ceremony took place on the night of Thursday, June 13. Even took first place in the Developer and Builder categories, while Even Vendas came eighth in the Broker category. The awards are designed to recognize the performance of companies in Brazil‘s most important real estate market. In 2012, Even launched PSV of R$2.52 billion, recorded sales of R$1.76 billion and constructed 441,000 m².
