The BC Bela Cintra development was recognized with the Casa Azul Gold Seal granted by Caixa Econômica Federal, being the first development in the São Paulo metropolitan region outside the Minha Casa Minha Vida housing program to be certified in this category. Altogether, a total of 53 criteria are evaluated, including urban quality, energy efficiency, conservation of material resources, water management, social practices, project and comfort.
