Notice to the Market – S&P affirms rating “brAA”

São Paulo, December 14, 2018 – Even Construtora e Incorporadora S.A. – EVEN (B3: EVEN3), hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that Standard & Poor’s Ratings affirmed today the rating “brAA” to the Company, in Brazil’s Nacional Scale, with the outlook “stable”.
According to the agency, the affirmation of the rating and the stable outlook reflects: “the expectations that Even will generate a growing cash flow for the next 12 to 18 months, as a result of finished inventory sales and a higher sales speed, in line with the expectations of an increase in the real estate market demand in Brazil” and “the expectations of the debt reduction through cash generation for the next 12 months”.
The rating is a result of our cash generation and deleverage strategy of the past years. We reinforce that we will keep our plan of reducing our leverage and corporate debt even more for the next years.
