Notice to the Market – Sale of Ownership Interest

São Paulo, December 10, 2018 – Even Construtora e Incorporadora S.A. – EVEN (B3: EVEN3), pursuant to Article 12 of Instruction 358 of January 3, 2002, issued by the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (“CVM”), as amended, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that on December 10, 2018, it has received a notification from RUANE, CUNNIFF & GOLDFARB INC., informing the Company that the group of investment funds and portfolios managed by them, now hold in custody 9.16% of the Company’s total common shares issued, which amounts 19,878,600 (nineteen million, eight hundred seventy-eight and six hundred) shares.
