São Paulo, November 25, 2015 – Even Construtora e Incorporadora S.A. – EVEN (BM&FBOVESPA: EVEN3), hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that it has received a communication from NOVA MILANO INVESTIMENTOS LTDA. registered with the CNPJ/MF under the number 12.263.316/0001-55, for which communicates to the Company that were completed on November 24, 2015 the price discharge procedures and transfer of 13,964,534 (thirteen million, nine hundred and sixty-four thousand, five hundred and thirty four) common shares, registered and without nominal value issued by the Company, under the Purchase and Sale Agreement entered into on November 13, 2015.
