NOTICE TO THE MARKET

EVEN CONSTRUTORA E INCORPORADORA S.A. (“Company”) informs its Shareholders and the market in general that Tiago Krall Barreto (“Tiago Krall”) was appointed to the position of Investor Relations Manager, from this date, reporting directly to Carlos Wollenweber, CFO and Investor Relations Officer.

Tiago Krall joined the Company in 2006, worked in several areas of the Company and will accumulate his current position of Financial Planning Manager. Tiago Krall has a degree in Physics from the University of São Paulo and a postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking from FIA / SP.
