São Paulo, December 18, 2012 – Even Construtora e Incorporadora S.A. – EVEN (BM&FBovespa: EVEN3), with operations in the states of São Paulo, Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro and Rio Grande do Sul and a focus on residential developments with units priced up to R$ 500,000, hereby announces to its shareholders and the market in general that it has taken part in the press conference held today in the city of Rio de Janeiro to announce the new complex called Trump Towers RIO, consisting of business towers to be built in the Porto Maravilha region in Rio de Janeiro.

The Company wishes to clarify that it signed a memorandum of understanding with the parties responsible for the project for its development. The Company‘s interest in this project will only be determined after all the project‘s feasibility studies have been concluded.

We wish to ratify that our strategy of focusing on the residential segment remains unchanged, while not ruling out specific opportunities in the commercial segment.
