NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS DIVIDENDS PAYMENT
EVEN CONSTRUTORA E INCORPORADORA S.A. (“Company”) hereby informs its shareholders that, at Company‘s Board of Directors held on the present date, it was approved the distribution of intermediary dividends in the total amount of R$ 40,000,000.00 (forty million Reais), based on the Company‘s financial statements for the 1st Quarter of 2021, which corresponds to R$ 0,19311758 per common share issued by the Company, disregarded the treasury shares, provided that:
1. Shareholders who hold shares of the Company on the base date of June 18, 2021 shall be entitled to receive the declared dividend, including negotiations performed on such date.
2. The shares of the Company shall be traded “ex-dividends” as of June 21, 2021 (including).
3. The payment of dividends shall be made in Brazilian national currency, in a single installment, on June 30, 2021.
4. On June 30, 2021, the Company shall credit the dividend due to each shareholder according to the number of common shares held by the shareholder as of June 18, 2021, pursuant to the bank address provided to Itaú Corretora de Valores Mobiliários S.A., which is the institution responsible for bookkeeping the Company’s shares.
5. Shareholders whose registration does not include the CPF/CNPJ number or information related to the “Bank/Agency/Current Account” shall only receive their dividends after such register is updated and, on the deadlines determined by Itaú Corretora de Valores Mobiliários S.A.
6. Shareholders whose shares are kept by institutions providing securities custody services will have their dividends credited in accordance with the procedures adopted by such depositary institutions.
7. There will be neither monetary adjustment nor interest rate between the date of the declaration of dividends and the date of the effective payment.
