Notice to Shareholders – Article 133

São Paulo, March 24, 2017 – Even Construtora e Incorporadora S.A. – EVEN (BM&FBOVESPA: EVEN3), public-held company enrolled under the Corporate Taxpayer’s ID (CNPJ) No. 43.470.988/0001-65 (“Company”), pursuant to Article 133 of Law No. 6.404/76, announces to its Shareholders that the documents and information related to the matters on the agenda of the Annual Shareholder‘ Meeting of the Company, to be held on April 26, 2016, will be available to the Shareholders from March 26, 2017, this date included, at the Company‘s headquarters located in the City of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, at Rua Hungria, nº 1400, 2º andar, conjunto 21, CEP 01455-000, and on the Company‘s website (https://ir.even.com.br), and will also be sent to CVM and BM&FBOVESPA S.A. – Bolsa de Valores, Mercadorias e Futuros on March 24, 2017, in accordance with the applicable law.

We also state that the publication of the documents required by the applicable law will be timely carried out by the Company in the usual newspapers.
