Material Fact – Negotiations with Investment Funds

São Paulo, August 20, 2015 – Even Construtora e Incorporadora S.A. – EVEN (BM&FBOVESPA: EVEN3), announces that it has been informed that certain members of its management were approached by investment funds interested in the acquisition of an equity stake in the Company, in the context of a potential formation of a shareholders‘ group bound by an agreement. Despite the contacts with potential interested parties, no binding document or obligation has been executed until this date.
