Even Wins 1st Place at Top Imobiliário in Two Categories: Developers and General Contractors

São Paulo, July 1, 2009 – At the Top Imobiliário awards ceremony held last night, Even Construtora e Incorporadora won first place in two categories – Developers and General Contractors – for its real estate development and construction projects in the São Paulo metropolitan area during 2008.

Sponsored each year by the newspaper O Estado de S. Paulo in partnership with Empresa Brasileira de Estudos do Patrimônio (Embraesp), the award recognizes the top ten companies in three main categories: Developers, General Contractors and Brokerages. The awards ceremony was held at the HSBC Brasil events hall in São Paulo.
