NOTICE TO THE MARKET

We inform our shareholders that the Board of Directors Meeting held on July 8, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. accepted the dismissal of Mr. HÉLIO BAPTISTA NOVAES as Financial, Administrative and Investor Relations Officer. At the same meeting, Mr. ALEXANDRE DINKELMANN, then Executive Officer for Partnerships, Structured Businesses and Strategic Planning, was elected Financial, Administrative and Investor Relations Officer, with term of office expiring on the date of the Company’s Annual Shareholders’ Meeting that approves the financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2008.
