Even opens the first property mall in São Paulo

São Paulo, August 1, 2013 – A unique space, which comprises more than 70 Even projects, will open to the public this Saturday, August 3, at 9:00 a.m. – The new Even Megastore, located at Av. Santo Amaro, 999, close to Av. Helio Pelegrino, in Vila Nova Conceição.

The concept is a pioneering means of presenting Even‘s projects to clients seeking a new address to for living or investing in São Paulo. The mall‘s architecture, designed by Jayme Lago, projects the ideas of living together and leisure. Like a true mall, the Megastore presents the projects in cells, simulating exclusive stores, intertwined with versatile spaces occupied by lounges, cafés and other client-pleasing options.

Clients can learn about various Even properties in numerous regions of Greater São Paulo in a single space. Unlike traditional on-site sales stands, Even‘s residential and commercial buildings have new exclusive spaces and will be presented by the brokers every day from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Visitors will also be able to try traditional products offered by iconic São Paulo names which were highlighted in the books “101 places to know in São Paulo”, sponsored by Even. Examples include Rock Candy, which sell‘s hand-made confectionary; Juventus Esfiha, from Mooca; and Bendito Quindim, from Vila Nova Conceição.

The success of Even‘s first Megastore, located on the site where the residential project London-SP Residence is beginning construction in downtown São Paulo, led to the creation of the Property Mall, now in the city‘s south side.
