EVEN is the highlight of the Top Imobiliário awards for the fifth straight year

EVEN IS THE HIGHLIGHT OF THE TOP IMOBILIÁRIO AWARDS FOR THE FIFTH STRAIGHT YEAR

São Paulo, June 2, 2010 – For the fifth straight year, Even Construtora e Incorporadora was one of the winners of Top Imobiliário Awards, which is the most important recognition for companies in Brazil‘s real estate industry. Even was the only company to figure in all three categories: Developer (3rd place), Builder (4th) and Brokerage (10th).

“The award demonstrates Even‘s excellent performance last year and attests to the success of our strategy,” said the company‘s development director, João Azevedo. “The company‘s growth has also been reflected in its financial results. The first quarter of 2010 was the best ever in our history, with Even recording net income of R$ 44 million, 283% more than in the same quarter of 2009,” he said.
