Even is included in the BOVESPA Index

São Paulo, January 06, 2014 – Even Construtora e Incorporadora S.A. – EVEN (BM&FBOVESPA: EVEN3), a builder and developer with operations in the states of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Sul and Minas Gerais, focused on residential developments with units priced above R$250,000, hereby announces that its EVEN3 share has been included in the BM&FBOVESPA‘s Bovespa Index (Ibovespa), which will be valid from January 6, 2014 to May 2, 2014.

The Ibovespa is the main indicator of the Brazilian stock market‘s average performance, representing the behavior of the main instruments traded on the BM&FBOVESPA, faithfully representing the average performance of the main traded stocks and the profile of the cash trades carried out on the BM&FBOVESPA.

The Ibovespa‘s basic objective is to be an average indicator of market performance. For that purpose, its composition aims to reflect as closely as possible the real configuration of the cash trades (round lot) on the BM&FBOVESPA.

The index currently has 72 shares from 68 companies.
