Even is Brazil’s ninth most innovative company and the best in sustainability practices

The Company is honored with the Brazil’s Most Innovative Companies award by Época Negócios magazine in partnership with the consulting firm A.T.Kearney

Even Construtora e Incorporadora was ranked ninth among Brazil’s most innovative companies by Época Negócios magazine in partnership with the consulting firm A.T.Kearney, which evaluated a total of 120 companies. The award, internationally known as the Best Innovator Award, is in its second edition and was given away on September 9 in São Paulo to the 20 companies in the innovation ranking.

Even is the only company from the construction and real estate development sector to be ranked among the ten most innovative companies and was the top performer in the sustainability category. The Company was recognized for the characteristics of the products and services resulting from the innovation process, which are in tune with the modern concepts of environmental and social sustainability. The award also considered the consistency of investments in innovation over the course of time.

One of Even’s strategies considered by the award is the involvement of more than 30% of its employees in innovation, showing that the pursuit of creative product development and management solutions goes beyond the research and development (R&D) departments and encompasses all the functional areas – a factor considered important in the classification process and a trait that all winners have in common.
