Even discloses preliminary 3Q17 operating results
São Paulo, October 10, 2017 – Even Construtora e Incorporadora S.A. – EVEN (B3: EVEN3), a builder and developer with operations in the states of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Rio Grande do Sul, focused on residential developments with units priced above R$ 250,000, announces its preliminary and unaudited data for launches, sales, land acquisitions and deliveries in the third quarter of 2017.
Launches¹
In the third quarter, 3 projects were launched, totaling R$ 271 million (Even’s share). Therefore, the 9M17 accumulated launch value was R$ 689 million (Even’s share).
Sales¹
Contracted sales came to R$ 332 million (Even’s share) in the third quarter, R$ 129 million of which from projects launched in the quarter (whose SOS was 48%), R$ 101 million form inventory units and the remainder R$ 102.3 million from the Urbanity corporate tower sale (inventory SOS was 10%, ex-Urbanity was 5%) Notice to the Market – Urbanity Sale. The period sales over supply (SOS) ratio was 14%.
Land Bank¹
In the third quarter, we acquired 3 new sites, in São Paulo, mainly through swaps, totaling a potential sales value of R$ 399 million (Even’s share). The land bank ended the third quarter with PSV of R$ 6.2 billion (Even’s share).
Deliveries¹
In the third quarter, 3 projects (466 units) with launch PSV of R$ 292 million (Even’s share of launched PSV) were delivered. In 9M17 the volume of deliveries reached R$ 1.2 billion (Even’s share of launched PSV).
