Even discloses preliminary 1Q20 operating results
São Paulo, April 09th, 2020 – Even Construtora e Incorporadora S.A. – EVEN (B3: EVEN3), high and medium income homebuilder, with operations in São Paulo, Rio Grande do Sul e Rio de Janeiro, announces its operating results preview of 1Q20.
Launches¹
Even launches 3 projects in the 1Q20, reaching a PSV of R$ 95 million (%Even)
Sales¹
Net sales reached R$ 256 million (% Even) in the 1Q20. Sales of projects launched in the quarter totaled R$ 42 million, reaching SoS of 44%. The consolidated SoS was 12%.
Land Bank¹
Two plots of land were acquired in the quarter in São Paulo, with PSV of R$ 481 million (% Even). Total land bank reached R$ 6.8 billion (% Even).
Cancellations¹
Cancellations totaled R$ 71 million.
