Even discloses its 3Q20 results
São Paulo, November 12, 2020 – Even Construtora e Incorporadora S.A. – EVEN (B3: EVEN3), with operations in São Paulo, Rio Grande do Sul and Rio de Janeiro and a focus on medium and high-end residential developments, announces its results for the third quarter of 2020 (3Q20) and the accumulated results of the nine first months of 2020 (9M20). The following financial and operating information is consolidated, except where otherwise indicated, and is shown in Brazilian Real (R$).
- Operational Cash Generation R$ 142 million1.
- Net Income of R$ 41 million in 3Q20.
- Launches of R$ 622 million (% Even).
- Net Sales of R$ 480 million (% Even).
- Net revenue of R$ 435 million.
- Gross Profit of R$ 117 million.
- Net Debt to Equity of -15,2%
1 Adjusted for the payment of R$ 30 million in dividends and the cash generated in the Melnick IPO.
