• Cash generation of R$ 90 million in 3Q18, and R$ 429 million in the last 12 months;
• SOS (sales over supply) of 13% in the quarter, and Launch SOS of 68%;
• There were 17 projects delivered in the last 12 months, totaling R$ 1.8 billion of PSV, Even’s share (considering PSV from the launches period);
• Leverage of 37.9% in 3Q18, vs. 51.0% in 3Q17, the lowest level since 2010.
