São Paulo, July 30, 2020 – Even Construtora e Incorporadora S.A. – EVEN (B3: EVEN3), with operations in São Paulo, Rio Grande do Sul and Rio de Janeiro and a focus on medium and high-end residential developments, announces its results for the second quarter of 2020 (2Q20). The following consolidated financial and operating information, except where otherwise indicated, is presented in Reais (R$).

• Launch VSO of 61%;
• Net Sales of R$ 301 million;
• Net Revenues of R$ 374 million on 2Q20;
• Gross Profit of R$ 90 million on 2Q20 and adjusted gross margin of 27.5%.
• Net Income of R$ 27 million on 2Q20;
• Operational Cash Generation of R$ 155 million on 2Q20;
• Debt Net/Equity of 15.7%
