Even announces Notice to the Market

EVEN CONSTRUTORA E INCORPORADORA S.A. (“Companhia”) hereby announces to Shareholders that the dividends declared by the Company at the Annual General Meeting held on April 30th, 2020, totaling the amount of R$ 30,000,000.00 (thirty million reais) will be paid on July 2nd, 2020, as decided by the Company‘s Board of Directors at a meeting held on June 18th, 2020. The amount to be paid is R$ 0.14430141 for each common share.

The Company‘s shares were ajusted ex-dividends as of May 4, 2020, inclusive.
