NOTICE TO THE MARKET

EVEN CONSTRUTORA E INCORPORADORA S.A., a publicly-held company with the Corporate Taxpayer’s ID (CNPJ/MF) no. 43.470.988/0001-65 (“Company”) hereby announces to its shareholders and the market in general that on this date the Market Maker Agreement executed on June 18, 2007 with BTG Pactual Corretora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A., (“BTG Agreement”), has been duly terminated by the Company, and, also on this date, a new Market Maker Agreement has been executed with Credit-Suisse as a replacement for the BTG Agreement, whereby, as of March 10, 2010, Credit-Suisse shall serve as market maker for the common, registered, non-par shares issued by the Company and traded under ticker symbol EVEN3 on the São Paulo Stock, Commodities and Futures Exchange, aiming to increase the liquidity of said shares, for a 12-month period automatically extendable for equal periods provided neither party objects to this extension.

The Company also wishes to announce that on this date it has 178,730,052 free-float common, registered, non-par shares issued thereby and that it has not executed any agreements with Credit-Suisse in the capacity of new market maker to regulate the exercise of voting rights or the purchase and sale of securities issued thereby.
