Even has operated in the real estate sector for more than 40 years and is one of the largest developers and builders in the São Paulo metropolitan area. The Company maintains a strategic focus on the cities of São Paulo, Porto Alegre and Rio de Janeiro.

The Company has vertically integrated operations, executing all the development stages of its projects, from site prospecting, property development and brokerage activities to the project‘s construction.

The stages of the development process are also managed and controlled by Even. The operations include the identification, appraisal and acquisition of sites; development planning; the obtaining of licenses, permits and government approvals; project design; the brokerage and sale of properties; construction; and service provision before, during and after the sale.

Development is operated through two commercial brands focused on two different segments: Open and Even. Open is responsible for residential projects in the affordable and emerging segments, with 45m² units with two to three bedrooms, while Even is responsible for residential projects in the middle, upper-middle and upper income segments, as well as commercial projects.

We also have two brokerage companies: Even Vendas and Even More, both of which operate in 100% of the Company‘s projects selling units and providing services exclusively for Even. Even Vendas operates in the São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro metropolitan areas, while Even More operates only in the São Paulo metropolitan area.

Even Vendas was created in 2008, at first with operations only in São Paulo state, with the goal of enhancing our sales capacity, reducing the risk of the dependence on independent brokers and ensuring the exclusive focus on the sale of our products through a specialized team of brokers. In 2011, Even Vendas began operating also in the state of Rio de Janeiro.

The creation of Even More, in 2015, focused on the São Paulo market, took place in a very challenging moment for the real estate sector and is a new ally in the sale of the Company‘s inventory units, together with Even Vendas, whose structure remains unchanged. Both companies will have independent operations, structures and strategies. The aim of this new strategy is to foster healthy competition, improving the performance of both companies, with the consequent expansion of Even‘s total sales

However, it is worth noting that our properties are sold not only by Even Vendas and Even More, but also by independent brokerage firms. The outsourcing of part of our sales mostly occurs through market-leading companies due to the great coverage and amplitude of their sales force, their professionals‘ extensive experience and knowledge of the real estate market and their ability to rapidly expand their sales structure. We begin our sales efforts at the time of the project‘s launch. This strategy is designed to take advantage of the wide coverage and reach of the market‘s main independent brokerage firms combined with the focus and expertise in the sale of our products offered by our own real estate companies.

The sales of our units are managed by a specific team, who monitors the sale activities of the brokerage firms who sell our properties, with the goal of ensuring their performance. This team is responsible for collecting information regarding potential clients‘ needs and preferences, thus contributing to site acquisition and project design activities.

Lastly, the Company does everything possible to follow sustainability practices. Even believes that the adoption of sustainability practices results in the creation of less construction debris, increases the energy efficiency of its products, improves its image with clients and surroundings communities and positively engages its employees.
