The SAs law (Law 6.404/76) and the company´s bylaw demand holding the shareholders´ General Meeting up to April 30 every year. Among other accomplishments, shareholders shall decide on the annual dividends distribution. All shareholders, on the dividends statement date, have the right to receive dividends.

Our shareholders will deliberate on the Board of Directors proposal to allocate net profit from the previous accounting year. For Equity Companies Law purposes, net profit is defined as the accounting year outcome that remains after deducting losses accrued from previous accounting years, amount related to the income tax and social security collection and any values targeted to pay statutory participations by employees and managers in the company´s profit.

Even mandatory dividend is at least 25 % net profit adjusted, as per the Equity Companies Law per Shares and the Bylaws, ascertained in non-consolidated financial statements. Dividends year statement, including dividends payment besides mandatory minimum dividend, requires approval from the General Meeting by majority of votes from Even´s shares by shareholders and will depend on several factors. Among them are the operational outcomes, financial condition, need of cash and future perspectives, among other factors that the Board of Directors and shareholders consider relevant.
