We pride ourselves on following good ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) practices, maintaining sustainability in our DNA and recording indicators that confirm our commitment to the environment, the community and sustainable development.

Such practices are present at all stages of our works, with reuse, recycling and reuse of materials, besides the quantifying and neutralizing Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions and also in the projects delivered, through Morar Even, a program that shows the sustainability applied to the project and how this affects the daily lives of the residents. This care also applies to the surrounding communities, with various training and teaching programs, in addition to social projects through our volunteer committee – Somar Even, that have already benefited more than 5,000 people.

Environmental:

• 100% GHC neutralization in the delivered projects for the third consecutive year;
• Grade “C” on CDP for the second consecutive year;
• 110 tons of waste sent back into the production chain through the Reverse Logistics program;
• 29% increase in sending soil between construction sites.

Social:

• 8 Social Campaigns carried out by “Comitê de Voluntariado Somar”;
• 32% increase in hours invested in the “qualification of employees”;
• 30% of positive movements in the workforce.

Governance:

• Incorporation of ESG Risks into the Corporate Risk Matrix;
• 100% of the workforce inducted and specifically trained on Occupational Safety;
• Publication of the 11th Sustainability Report, recognized by ABRASCA; 
• 100% of employees trained in and up-to-date with the code of conduct.
