We pride ourselves on following good ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) practices, maintaining sustainability in our DNA and recording indicators that confirm our commitment to the environment, the community and sustainable development.

Such practices are present at all stages of our works, with reuse, recycling and reuse of materials, besides the quantifying and neutralizing Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions and also in the projects delivered, through Morar Even, a program that shows the sustainability applied to the project and how this affects the daily lives of the residents. This care also applies to the surrounding communities, with various training and teaching programs, in addition to social projects through our volunteer committee – Somar Even, that have already benefited more than 5,000 people.

Environmental:

• Neutralization of greenhouse gas emissions for delivered projects and the corporate office, totaling 41,000 tCO2e;
• 15% improvement in Internal Sustainability Audits;
• 10 consecutive years averaging 98% waste recycling and recovery rate.

Social:

• 6 structured initiatives carried out by “Somar Volunteer Committee”;
• 2,300 items collected through donation campaigns;
• 220 people impacted and 100 volunteers engaged.

Governance:

• Variable Compensation Program for Operations linked to ESG targets (10% of total compensation);
• Continued listing on the Novo Mercado segment, adhering to the highest corporate governance standards;;
