NOTICE TO THE MARKET

We hereby inform our shareholders that Mr. Alexandre Fonseca Dinkelmann, the Company’s current Chief Financial Officer, informed the Company that he will take leave of absence on this date in order to pursue academic courses abroad. The Company’s Executive Board will propose to the Board of Directors that Mr. Dany Muszkat, the current Investor Relations Officer, be appointed to assume the position of Chief Financial Officer in addition to his current post, substituting Mr. Alexandre Fonseca Dinkelmann. The conclusion of this process will be disclosed opportunely to the market.
