São Paulo, March 16, 2009 – Even Construtora e Incorporadora S.A. – EVEN (Bovespa: EVEN3), one of Brazil‟s largest builders and developers focused on residential and commercial projects for the affordable, emerging, middle and upper middle-income segments, announces its results for the fourth quarter of 2008 (4Q08) and the year ended December 31, 2008 (12M08).
