NOTICE TO THE MARKET

We hereby inform our shareholders that the Company‘s Board of Directors‘ Meeting held on October 13, 2008, at 2:00 pm approved the redistribution of the Company‘s Executive Officer positions whereby (i) Mr. ALEXANDRE FONSECA DINKELMANN, until then Chief Financial, Administrative and Investor Relations Officer, became the Company’s Chief Financial Officer; and (ii) Mr. DANY MUSZKAT, until then Officer with no specific designation, became the Company’s Investor Relations Officer. The other Officer positions remain unaltered.
