Even posts sales of R$427 million and launches R$255 million in 1Q10

In the same period the Company acquires sites with PSV of R$465 million

São Paulo, April 5, 2010 – Even Construtora e Incorporadora S.A. – EVEN (Bovespa: EVEN3), with operations in the states of São Paulo, Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro and Rio Grande do Sul and a focus on residential developments with units priced up to R$500,000, hereby announces preliminary data related to the first quarter of 2010.

We carried out 6 launches, totaling R$ 255 million, in the 1st quarter, which were diversified by segment, of which 78% were sold during the quarter itself.

In the 1st quarter, we acquired sites with Potential Sales Value (PSV) of R$ 465 million (Even‘s share).
