São Paulo, August 25, 2014 – Even Construtora e Incorporadora S.A. – EVEN (BM&FBOVESPA: EVEN3), a builder and developer with operations in the states of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Sul and Minas Gerais, focused on residential developments with units priced above R$250,000, pursuant to Article 12 of Instruction 358 of January 3, 2002, issued by the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (“CVM”), as amended, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that it has received a communication from JGP GESTÃO DE RECURSOS LTDA., inscribed in the corporate roll of taxpayers (“CNPJ/MF”) under no. 02.312.792/0001-65 and JGP GESTÃO PATRIMONIAL LTDA., inscribed in the CNPJ/MF under no. 09.262.533/0001-16, informing the Company that their managed investment funds and portfolios now held more than five percent (5%) of the Company‘s total and voting capital stock, as per the document transcribed.
