Notice to the Market – Acquisition of Relevant Stake

São Paulo, November 16, 2015 – Even Construtora e Incorporadora S.A. – EVEN (BM&FBOVESPA: EVEN3), hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that it has received a communication from NOVA MILANO INVESTIMENTOS LTDA, registered with the CNPJ/MF under the number 12.263.316/0001-55, for which the Company announces that the number of investment funds and portfolios managed by it entered into purchase and sale of shares, with the purpose of acquiring 13,964,534 (thirteen million, nine hundred and sixty-four thousand, five hundred and thirty -four) common shares, to achieve greater participation to 30% (thirty percent) of the total share capital and the Company‘s voting on 24 November 2015.
