Material Fact – Resignation of CEO

São Paulo, October 20, 2015 – Even Construtora e Incorporadora S.A. – EVEN (BM&FBOVESPA: EVEN3), hereby announces that, today, Carlos Eduardo Terepins, Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors and its Chief Executive Officer, resigned from his position as CEO and will remain as Chairman of the Board until the annual shareholders’ meeting is called to elect a new Board of Directors. The Company’s Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer, Dany Muszkat, and the Chief Operating Officer, João Eduardo de Azevedo Silva, will jointly assume the post of CEO on an interim basis.
