Even announces Notice to the Market

EVEN CONSTRUTORA E INCORPORADORA S.A.(“Company”) informs its Shareholders and the market in general that entered into with JHSF Participações S.A. (“JHSF”) the “Term of Commitment” for jointly developing a high standard multipurpose project in adjacent lands that each company holds in isolation in the city of São Paulo, in the Real Parque neighborhood, whose total land area is approximately 45,300 square meters.

In this location, the Company has approximately 14,000 square meters of land and a Potential Sales Value (“PSV”) of R$ 737,000,000.00 (seven hundred and thirty-seven million Reais).

The companies work to integrate the projects in order to maximize the results of the Term of Commitment for both companies, and the role of the Company and JHSF will be defined in due course.
